  • Ask your client to obtain a copy of their GP Report. Click here for details on how to go about this.
  • Complete and sign the referral contract (initial enquiry only) and the client enquiry forms at the bottom of this page, and fax or post them to us along with the medical records.
  • Using our exclusive arrangement with the leading providers, the case will be assessed and a firm indication of cost and acceptance provided within seven days.
  • We will complete the application with your client then send the paperwork and GP report to the insurance company to put on risk immediately.
  • We will hand the client back to you when the case is on risk, and split the commission with you 50/50.
